COPAYS / DEDUCTIBLES / CO-INSURANCE
Depending on a patient’s specific health insurance benefits, there may be a copay, deductible, and/or co-insurance balance that the patient is responsible for following a visit to Cardiology Now. Copays are collected on the day of service as required by the insurance companies. Deductible and co-insurance balances, if applicable, will be billed to the patient following receipt of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company. Please check with your insurance company to find out if your plan includes a copay, deductible, and/or coinsurance.
Cardiology Now accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay for all payments for services provided.
Many insurers do not require a referral to schedule an appointment with Cardiology Now, although some do including Tricare Prime, United Healthcare Navigate and Charter plans, Cigna Connect and SureFit, and many HMO products. If you have any questions regarding referrals, please contact your insurance company.
